OEM Smartwatch Manufacturer for Brands, Importers and Distributors

When you search for an OEM smartwatch manufacturer, you are really looking for two things: a factory that can actually build the product, and a partner who still answers your messages after the order ships. We are a wearable devices company headquartered in Guangzhou, China, with our own production factory in Dongguan. Our own brand, ZTFit, covers 18 models and growing across smartwatches, smart bands, AI glasses and earbuds — and the same factory builds the hardware behind our OEM and ODM programs. That means one accountable manufacturer from raw materials to finished units to export documentation.

Own Factory

What an OEM Smartwatch Manufacturer Should Own

A lot of suppliers in this market are trading desks renting time on someone else's production line. We are not. We own and operate our own factory in Dongguan, so our ZTFit brand and our OEM/white-label models are produced under the same roof and the same direct quality control. For you, that changes three things:

  • Accountability. You deal with the party that builds the product. If something needs checking on the line, we walk to the line — we do not forward your question to a third party.
  • Consistency. Materials, assembly, function tests and charging tests follow one process, whether the units carry your logo or our ZTFit brand.
  • Order coordination. We handle production planning, quality coordination, order consolidation and export logistics in-house, so a mixed order across categories does not become your problem to manage.

If you need a smartwatch OEM factory in China that controls its own production rather than reselling someone else's, this is the arrangement we offer.

Customization

Customization Options — From a Custom Logo Smartwatch to Full ODM

As a custom smartwatch manufacturer, we work at several levels of customization. Exact options depend on the model and the order — every line below is confirmed per project when you request a quote.

If you need a standard platform with your logo rather than hardware changes, see our white label smartwatch program.

Logo & Packaging

The most common starting point is a custom logo smartwatch: your logo on the watch case, strap, dial or watch face, plus branded packaging, user manual and labels. Most buyers begin here because it moves fastest and works on proven hardware. Logo placement, print method, box design and accessory contents are confirmed per model before production.

Hardware & Firmware

Beyond branding, we support hardware and firmware changes on existing platforms: strap materials and colors, case finishes, dial and watch face design, feature configuration, language and interface settings. Deep custom projects — new tooling, new industrial design, firmware built to your specification — run as ODM programs with the schedule agreed up front.

App & Software

ZTFit models pair with the ZTFit app on Android and iOS, covering activity and sleep tracking, watch faces and message alerts. For OEM orders, app options depend on the program. Tell us how you want the software to present your brand and we will confirm what applies to your models.

Buyers

Who We Work With

  • Wholesalers & importers restocking or expanding a wearables line with consistent supply and direct factory communication.
  • E-commerce sellers sourcing custom-branded units for Amazon, Shopify and other marketplaces.
  • Distributors building a wearables category in markets with local demand.
  • Brands running OEM/ODM programs on existing, proven hardware platforms.

If your business model is not on this list, send your requirements anyway — we will tell you quickly whether we are the right fit.

Trade Terms: MOQ, Samples and Lead Time

Certifications

Certifications and Documentation

Certification availability — for example CE / FCC / RoHS — depends on the destination market and the model. Our factory operates as its own registered legal entity, so certificates are held under our factory's own registered company name rather than under our company directly. We provide accurate, factory-issued documentation per order; we do not issue certificates ourselves. Tell us your destination market and we will confirm the documentation available for the models you need.

FAQ

FAQ

What does an OEM smartwatch manufacturer actually do for me?

An OEM manufacturer builds hardware to your branding requirements. In our case that means logo and packaging customization on proven platforms, optional hardware and firmware adjustments, sample approval, production in our own Dongguan factory, quality checks before shipment, and export documentation handled by us.

Can you make a custom logo smartwatch on any model?

Logo and packaging options are confirmed per model. Most platforms accept custom branding, but placement and print methods vary, so we verify feasibility before quoting. Send your target model and logo requirements and we will confirm.

Do you offer full ODM development?

Yes, for projects that need more than branding — hardware changes, firmware configuration or new designs on our platforms. Scope, sample schedule and production timing are agreed per project before order confirmation.

What is the MOQ for an OEM order?

Our standard MOQ is 1,000 units. Exact requirements vary by model, product line and the level of customization — send us your target model and quantity and we will confirm the figure in your quote.

How do samples work?

Samples take about 20 days; cost depends on the model and the customization level. Tell us which category you are evaluating and we will confirm sample terms with our factory.

Which certifications can you provide?

Certification availability depends on the model and the destination market. Certificates are held under our factory's own registered company name, and we supply accurate factory-issued documentation per order. Share your destination market and we will confirm what applies.
