WHITE LABEL GUIDE

White Label Smartwatch Packaging and Logo Options

White label packaging runs from a logo sticker on a stock box to a fully custom unboxing experience — and each level has its own print minimums and timing. Here is what you can brand, what it costs in lead time, and where compliance markings must appear.

What White Label Packaging Covers

White label packaging runs on a spectrum. The light end: your logo sticker on the stock box — fastest and cheapest. The middle: a printed retail box with your brand and compliance markings — the standard for retail and marketplace sellers. The full end: custom box, custom manual, branded cable, branded sleeve — a complete unboxing experience. Each step up adds cost and print minimums, so choose the level your channel actually rewards.

Logo Options Beyond the Box

Brand placement can touch more than packaging: the watch boot screen, the watch face selection, the strap clasp, the manual, and the app splash screen (in customized app tiers). Ask your supplier to list exactly which surfaces they can brand and which they cannot — "custom logo available" is a sentence, not a specification.

Print Minimums and Timing

Printed boxes have their own minimums, separate from the watch MOQ, and printing adds lead time before assembly can finish. Two practical tips: design your box around the stock box dimensions (custom die-cuts cost more and add weeks), and approve a printed proof before the full run — a box error is visible to every customer.

Compliance Markings Belong on the Packaging

If you sell in markets requiring CE or FCC markings, those marks and the model identification need to appear on the product and packaging as your market requires. Getting this wrong is an expensive fix after printing. Confirm the marking layout with your compliance documentation before you approve print proofs.

What We Do

Our white-label program covers logo application, printed retail boxes, custom manuals and compliance marking layout — produced in our own Dongguan factory alongside the watches. Tell us your channel and target presentation and we will recommend the packaging level that fits your budget without paying for unboxing theater your buyers will not see.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What does white label packaging include?

From logo sticker on stock boxes (lightest) to fully custom retail boxes with branded manual and cable (heaviest). The standard middle level for marketplace sellers is a printed retail box with your brand and the required compliance markings.

Do I have to order custom boxes with my white-label order?

No. Many first orders ship with stock or sticker-branded boxes while the buyer validates the market. Custom printing has its own minimums and lead time, so it is worth adding after the first reorder cycle.

Where can my logo appear?

Common surfaces: retail box, manual, strap clasp, boot screen and (in customized app tiers) the app splash screen. Ask your supplier to list the exact brandable surfaces in writing — "custom logo available" is not a specification.

Do compliance marks need to appear on the packaging?

If your market requires CE or FCC markings, the marks and model identification must appear as that market requires. Confirm the marking layout against your compliance documents before approving print proofs.
