ZTFit is our own brand. For OEM/white-label models, we manufacture in our own factory in Shenzhen, and we are transparent about our production setup from the first conversation.

MOQ varies by model and by product line (ZTFit brand vs. white-label) — stock, private-label and full-custom orders each have different thresholds. Contact us with your target model and quantity for an exact figure.

Lead time depends on whether the order is stock, OEM (logo/packaging) or full custom (hardware/firmware changes). We'll confirm exact timelines per order.
Certification availability (e.g. CE / FCC / RoHS) depends on the destination market and model. Our factory operates as its own registered legal entity, so certificates are issued under our factory's own company name rather than under Kipling directly. We provide accurate, factory-issued documentation per order — we do not issue certificates ourselves.
